As every year, Hotel Sabàtic Sitges is delighted to take part in the tapas route sponsored by Estrella Damm. At our Pasatempo space, we present a seasonal creation: the “Spring asparagus and Parmesan profiterole,” a delicious vegetarian option that highlights fresh, seasonal ingredients. The tapa is served with an Estrella beer (draught), and the price for the tapa + beer combo is €4.50.
